Payment terms are determined based on the nature of the work being carried out and the category of the customer. Residential clients are required to pay a deposit and the balance upon completion. Commercial clients will need to complete a commercial credit application (request one via email) and upon approval will be given a 30 day EOM term. If not approved, payment with be due within 7 days of completion.

The average asphalt driveway lasts between 12 – 30+ years. However, other factors that will determine the service life of your asphalt driveway are the level of usage, climate and how well it is maintained. A well-maintained driveway will serve you longer.

Asphalt paving requires cleaning at least twice a year using a stiff broom and a hose spray to remove dirt and debris. Cracks and holes should be repaired promptly and seal coating should be done every 3-5 years.
